The Brief

Keyper approached us with the challenge of reshaping how renting is perceived in the UAE. As a proptech platform offering flexible monthly rent payments and digital-first landlord solutions, the brand needed to educate audiences on a category that was still unfamiliar to many while simultaneously building trust, credibility, and cultural relevance. The objective was not only to drive awareness of Keyper’s ā€œRent Now, Pay Laterā€ model, but also to position the platform as a smarter, more modern alternative to the traditional rental experience for both tenants and landlords.

Rather than treating Keyper as a financial product, we positioned the brand within real, everyday lifestyle moments tied to renting in Dubai. The strategy focused on translating complex benefits into highly relatable, social-first storytelling that felt native to the platforms people already engage with daily. Through humour, trend-led formats, and pain-point driven narratives, we transformed topics like cheques, deposits, and rent stress into content audiences could instantly recognise themselves in.

The content ecosystem balanced entertainment with education, ensuring the messaging remained approachable without losing clarity around the product offering. Tenant-focused storytelling highlighted flexibility, convenience, and lifestyle freedom, while landlord-focused messaging centred around automation, predictability, and simplified management. Across every touchpoint, the tone remained clean, confident, and human, allowing Keyper to feel less like a fintech platform and more like a modern solution built around real life.

Execution

The campaign rolled out through a consistent stream of Reels, Stories, carousels, and reactive trend-led content designed to keep the brand culturally relevant while reinforcing its core messaging. Creative executions ranged from relatable skits around rent frustrations and cheque culture to split-screen comparisons between traditional renting and the Keyper experience.

Each asset was designed with platform behaviour in mind, using fast hooks, concise overlays, and clear calls to action to maximise retention and engagement. Lifestyle-led visuals, minimalist interiors, and creator-style filming techniques helped the content feel organic rather than overly branded, while ongoing optimisation allowed messaging and creative formats to evolve based on audience response. The result was a content ecosystem that made renting conversations feel lighter, smarter, and significantly more accessible for a new generation of renters and landlords in the UAE.
