The Brief

Dubai Eats was tasked with promoting "Dubai, A Fine Way To Dine," a limited-time city-wide dining initiative showcasing curated menus across some of Dubai’s most sought-after restaurants. The objective went beyond awareness, focusing on driving real bookings within a fixed window while positioning Dubai as a premium yet accessible dining destination.

As an official platform, Dubai Eats also needed to balance credibility and authority with engaging, scroll-stopping content that could stand out in a saturated food landscape.

We approached the campaign as a full ecosystem designed to drive intent and urgency rather than a traditional restaurant roundup. The strategy combined aspirational storytelling with conversion-led messaging, ensuring every piece of content guided users towards booking.

FOMO was intentionally built into every touchpoint through time-sensitive messaging, scarcity-driven hooks, and evolving creatives that shifted from passive inspiration to immediate action. Content was tailored by platform, utilising Reels for reach, carousels for depth, and Stories for urgency. Meanwhile, curated weekly drops reinforced Dubai Eats’ role as a trusted authority rather than a directory.

Execution

The campaign deployed a steady, always-on content strategy throughout its duration, sustaining momentum with weekly and daily features and unified messaging across formats. Key assets included a hero Reel introducing the campaign, carousels highlighting featured dining options, and Stories crafted to drive conversion through countdowns and direct booking prompts.

Creative choices emphasised compelling hooks, clear overlays, and concise calls to action, with continuous optimisation based on feedback to bolster urgency and enhance performance throughout the campaign.
